1. How do I know what size to purchase?
Head to our Sizing Chart page to get help on how to figure out your specific measurements and sizing.
If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select "custom" and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky, - Example 15mm, 12mm, 13mm, 12mm, 10mm,
2. How many nails come in each set?
10 nails come in a set. To ensure a proper fit check out the Sizing Chart page to accurately measure your nails. For replacement or additional nails, please select the Additional Nails in the product section.
Before checking out, please leave a note that includes:
- Name of the set you would like extra nails for
- Measurements for replacement nails (refer to the sizing chart)
3. What comes with my order?
Your order comes with:
- 1 x 10 nail set
- 1 x Application Kit (application/removal instruction card, nail glue, sticky tabs, nail file, nail buffer, cuticle pusher, cuticle oil & alcohol pads)
Optional additions: (Sold separately)
- Additional Application Kit
- 2 Sticky tab sheets
- Nail Glue
- Cuticle Oil
4. Are the nail sets reuseable?
Absolutely! Each set is made from quality materials which allows for reuse. However, this does require proper application and removal. Please check out how to apply and remove your set via our Sizing Chart page.
5. Where do you ship?
We currently ship domestically in Canada, to the US and Internationally. Once your order is complete, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your order. Please visit our Policies & Shipping page for shipping rates.
6. How long are shipping times?
Nail shipping times are dependent on the location and shipping preferences selected at checkout.
7. Do you provide custom nails?
Unfortunately, custom orders are not available! We currently only provide custom sizing if the standard sizes do not match. Visit the Sizing Chart page to for for information on sizing.
8. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Bonia Beauty nails are all handmade and processed after each order. Our processing time is 3-5 business days. ***Depending on the order volume, it may be sooner or later. ***
Our only priority is to produce quality nails and to get orders out as soon as possible.
9. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please be aware that once your is being processed for shipment, it may not be possible to cancel it at your request. However, if your order has not yet been processed, we are happy to provide a full refund. Simply reach out to us at boniabeautynails@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll handle it for you! Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to issue a refund.
10. Can I update my order?
Please be aware that once your is being processed for shipment, we may not be able to accommodate any update or modification requests.
If your order has not been processed yet, feel free to reach out to us at boniabeautynails@gmail.com with your order number and requested changes. Please bear in mind that we won't be able to modify your order once it has been shipped out.
